Mike is Chief Creative Office at adam&eveDDB London. He has spent more than 25 years in the advertising industry having worked at some of the most recognised agencies in the world including Saatchi & Saatchi London, Fallon London, Publicis New York and AMV BBDO. He joined adam&eveDDB in 2017 and was promoted to Executive Creative Director in 2018. That very same year the agency won Cannes Lions' Agency of the Year, scooping a total of 27 Lions. Mike is now Joint Chief Creative Officer alongside his creative partner Ant Nelson and together they oversee the agency's entire creative output for key local and global accounts, including PlayStation, Volkswagen, Disney, Columbia, CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), PUMA, MARS and Unilever. Some of Mike's creative awards include 57 Cannes Lions including two Grand Prix, 85 D&AD pencils including a Black Pencil alongside 11 Yellow Pencils, as well as 39 One Show Pencils. His work for Club 18-30 is one of the most awarded print campaigns of all time according to the Gunn report and his 'Spare the act' campaign for Currys PC World is the most awarded TV campaign in British Arrows history. He also wrote 'Project84' the multiple award-winning piece of work for CALM, which led to the appointment of the first ever UK Minister for Suicide Prevention. In 2023, Mike was also named Ad Age's Creative Director of the Year and was also ranked the second highest awarded Executive Creative Director in the world at Cannes.
