Executive Creative Director since 2017, Mike leads adam&eveDDB's creative department and oversees output of several of the agency's key local and global accounts including PlayStation, CALM, and Volkswagen. Under his leadership, adam&eveDDB has been named D&AD Agency of the Year, twice Campaign BIG Agency of the Year and Cannes Lions Agency of the Year, three times AdAge International Agency of the Year, four times British Arrows Agency of the Year, Cannes European Agency of the Decade, and Campaign Agency of the Decade. Having spearheaded a number of recent multi award-winning projects including the D&AD Black Pencil-winning 'Hopeline19', CALM & ITV's 'The Last Photo' - the most-awarded campaign at this year's Cannes Lions - and Marmite 'Baby Scan', in 2023, Mike was named AdAge's Creative Director of the Year.
