James Millers is Executive Creative Director and creative lead of McCann London. Over the past 20 years, he has created and led work for some of the world's biggest brands, including McDonald's, Unilever, Xbox and Škoda. His work has been recognised by every major creativity and effectiveness award body, with multiple wins at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Effie, IPA and APG. Before joining McCann London, James was ECD at Leo UK, where he was part of the leadership team that helped the agency become two-time Campaign Creative Agency of the Year. As past of that role he led the creative output on McDonald's, contributing to the brand's most successful period of creative and effectiveness awards.
