Frederico has been working with Creative Comms for the past 20 years for markets such as EMEA, LATAM and APAC with client partners such as Bentley Motors, Virgin, Colgate Palmolive and the International Olympic Committee. He pioneered inhouse creativity at Unilever as its Global Creative Director, leading its 300+ brands' work, later deploying the same model for DIAGEO. Having won more than 50 international awards including Cannes Lions, Lovie Awards, the DADIs and the BIMAs and the New York Festivals.
