Felix Richter became Mother's first Global Chief Creative Officer in March 2025, having led a creative resurgence at Mother London since 2022. Under his direction, Mother has won Adweek's International Agency of the Year and Campaign's Global and UK Creative Agency of the Year titles. Previously, Felix spent over a decade at Droga5 New York, rising to Co-CCO and shaping its rise to Ad Age's 2021 Agency of the Year. His work has won multiple Cannes Lions Grand Prix wins for Under Armour's "I Will What I Want" and "Rule Yourself." Throughout his career, Felix has won at every major international awards including multiple D&AD Yellow Pencils. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, he played a key role in the rebrand of Meta, the relaunch of Google Pixel, and more recently created the acclaimed "Keep Thinking" and Super Bowl LX campaigns for Anthropic. Originally from Germany and educated at Miami Ad School in Hamburg, Felix has been recognised as CCO of the year by Ad Age in 2026 and, for three consecutive years by Campaign.
