A Korean-born American, Dayoung started her career in Advertising as a Creative Intern at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Miami, during its heyday with Alex Bogusky in the house. Learning from the best in class, she made her way up to become a Creative Director / Vice President. She won numerous awards including the prestigious D&AD Pencil and Cannes and others for her Coca-Cola Zero "Taste Infringement" campaign. After spending 10 years at various CP+B offices including London which she helped set up to serve Mondelez and Burger King UK, she joined Mother London as a Creative Director in 2016, where she was responsible for a creative partnership with clients including Boots Pharmacy and Notonthehighstreet.com. She left Mother in 2018 to try something different, including R/GA where she was responsible to bring together campaign and system side of creatives, for clients including Nike, McDonalds, and Amazon Studio and more. In 2020, she re-joined Mother and created its biggest production global campaign for Dubai Tourism.
