Chief Creative Officer , Digitas UK
Carren O'Keefe is Chief Creative Officer at Digitas UK, where she is helping reshape the agency for the intelligence age. She believes creativity and technology are the two greatest forces for change the world has ever seen, and that has never been more true than it is today. Her career spans two continents and three countries, leading award-winning work for global brands including Nike, Diageo, Google, Hyundai, L'Oréal and Netflix. She began her career at AKQA in New York before relocating to Portland, Oregon, where she spent more than a decade working with Nike, delivering a series of category-defining firsts, from the brand's first mental health platform, Mind Sets, and inaugural podcast, Trained, to its first AirDrop-powered shoe drop and first Air Max Day activation in Roblox. In 2015, Carren established AnalogFolk's Portland office as Partner and Executive Creative Director, becoming the only female founding partner in the agency's network at the time. She later relocated to Amsterdam to launch and scale its European hub. During her tenure, AnalogFolk was named Campaign's Global Innovation Agency of the Year and one of Contagious Magazine's Best and Bravest Agencies on the Planet. Today, her work at Digitas UK spans everything from creating Formula 1's first atomic design system across F1, F2 and F3 to leading transformative initiatives for EE and helping secure the agency's partnership with the International Olympic Committee. Under her leadership, the agency has also launched the new Cadillac F1 team during the Super Bowl and helped relaunch Arthritis UK for a new generation. Together, these projects reflect a broader ambition to redefine how brands build relevance, create value and behave in culture in an intelligence-driven world.
