Shirin Majid

Shirin is a multidisciplinary creative director and artist with more than 25 years experience leading creative at agencies, start ups and social publishers in London, New York, Washington DC, and Sydney. She is founder of Everything You See Here, a creative studio and consultancy at the intersection of visual culture, commerce and social impact.  Prior to founding her studio, she was Executive Creative Director for Virtue Europe, the creative agency of Vice Media Group, Deputy Executive Creative Director at VCCP, and Executive Creative Director and Head of Creative Studio at Cake (now Havas Play).    Known for her non-traditional approach, she has also served creative leadership roles at media brands such as LADbible and ITV-backed youth culture platform Woo. With a focus on elevating cultural relevance, she has worked with brands globally such as Johnnie Walker, H&M, Spotify, UNICEF, British Red Cross, Smirnoff, Unilever, BBC, and Cadbury.   A champion for inclusive culturally progressive work, she was named to the Campaign and Creative Equals Future Leaders list in 2019.
