Executive Creative Director , We Are Social
Simon Richings is the Executive Creative Director at We Are Social in London, a socially led creative agency. He oversees the combined energies of the Creative, Design and Editorial departments, all focused on making 'ideas worth talking about' for a diverse bunch of famous brands. In his career so far, he's earned some of the industry's biggest creative prizes, from Gold at Cannes and the One Show to his previous agency (purpose -led digital specialist AnalogFolk) being named Global Digital Innovation Agency of the Year by Campaign Magazine. Simon has also mentored for D&AD's Shift programme (aimed at bringing more diverse, self-made talent into the industry), The School of Communication Arts and Creative Equals. He is known to spend too much time playing video games, and claims he has the reaction time of someone at least seven months younger.
