A Korean-born American, Dayoung started her career in Advertising as a Creative Intern at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Miami. Learning from the best in class, she made her way up to become a Creative Director / Vice President working on various accounts including Nike, VW, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Groupon. She won numerous awards including the prestigious D&AD Pencil and Cannes and others for her Coca-Cola Zero "Taste Infringement" campaign. Since CP+B, she's worked at various places including Fallon, W+K, as well as Mother London, where she lead clients like Boots Pharmacy and Notonthehighstreet.com. She spent a year at R/GA working on bringing together the brand and system sides of creative projects for clients including Nike. In 2020, she re-joined Mother and created its biggest production global campaign for Dubai Tourism, which won Gold at One Show. Now she's at VMLYR, leading global accounts like New Balance, Diageo and Wendy's.
