The judging will take place in two stages. The first stage of judging will take place in early July. This first round will identify a shortlist of work that will progress through to the second round of judging. You will be notified by e-mail if an entry has progressed through to the second round. Formatting requirements specific to your shortlisted entries can be found in the Formatting guide PDF.

If an entry has made it through to the second round, you may need to provide a hard-copy version of the relevant entry, please see the Formatting guide PDF

You will also need to provide further credits and relevant media schedules. The second round of judging will then identify the finalists and, eventually, the winners, who will be celebrated at the event. Please note: qualification through to the second round of judging does not automatically mean that your work will be included as a finalist on the night but you will be able to reserve a table without a deposit and still retain the right to cancel your reservation if you are not on the final shortlist.
