Standard rate tickets (bookings received before Friday 9th October):

• Table of ten - £2150.00 + VAT*
  Individual places - £215.00 + VAT*

Late booking rate (booked after Friday 9th October):

• Table of ten - £2650.00 + VAT*
  Individual places - £265.00 + VAT*

The deadline for cancellations will be 29 September 2009, after this date, no refunds will be available; this includes bookings made after this date.
