About The Awards

The Campaign Big Awards celebrate the best creative advertising that has run in the UK.

If your work ran in the UK between 1 June 2012 and 31 May 2013 on paid-for media space, it will be eligible to enter (entries into the ‘Charity, Not-for-Profit, Public Service & Government’ category are eligible if the space was paid for or donated by the media owner).

You can enter your work across 11 product sector categories:

  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Automotive
  • Charity, not-for-profit, public service & government
  • Consumer durables & furniture
  • Fashion, clothing, footwear & accessories
  • Financial, corporate & utilities
  • Grocery, soft drinks & household  
  • Health & beauty 
  • IT & technology  
  • Media & entertainment  
  • Sport, travel & leisure

Within these product sector categories you can enter a wide range of work across the following disciplines; digital & interactive, direct, film, outdoor, press and radio.

You can enter your work as individual pieces or as complete campaigns. Campaigns can be entered as single media campaigns or multi media campaigns.

Each entry will be judged in the context of what it is, with a keen eye on quality, originality and craft. An entry should exemplify the best use of a medium and demonstrate that the particular media channel chosen was the best way to communicate the idea.

For the second year running the Big Awards will be awarding 7 Big Agency of the Year awards, one for each media channel (digital & interactive, direct, film, outdoor, press and integrated). The winning agencies will receive a prestigeous Campaign Gold Award, the Award's highest accolade.
